Tet 2009-The Year of the Ox

Grandma and Grandpa R had their annual Tet get-together to celebrate the new year--the year of the ox. We celebrated with family and friends, but missed having Caroline, John and Mailee this year. The food was yummy and Liam wore the traditional Vietnamese garb again this year and loved it...except was indifferent to the hat.

We hope the year of the ox brings everyone much love, joy and adventure--the good kind. And we will see everyone again to celebrate next year.

Sir Liam....Tet 2009 was lots of fun with Grandma R's good Vietnamese cooking, and all the good friends of the R's bringing wishes for a happy year of the ox. Grandpa O and I had fun playing with you, and watching you play with the other children. We also were grateful to see Sabre and give her lovies.
hugs, and kisses, Grandma O

Dear Sir Liam the Cutest,

It was your 2nd Tet celebration, and you got many compliments on your Asian outfit. You looked so adorable in it. Both grandparents O and us, we were so proud of you in taking turns to hold you for pictures. Of course, we had lots of yummy food to welcome the Year of the Ox and you seemed to enjoy the taste of Asian cuisine.

Again, we wish you, your Mom and Dad and the rest of the RHYHILOB a wonderful year filled with much love, happiness, good health and prosperity.

Love you tons,

Grandma R
