O'Briens

O'Briens
A twelve year journey including a very long ortho surgery residency, first year as staff, a move to Fort Irwin AKA The Moon, a move back to DC, and now finally settling for a while in the Augusta, Georgia area-this blog tells a story of a boy and a girl leaving NYC, both switching careers, joining the Army, starting our family, loving, losing, living... Buckle up, this life of ours is bumpy, but full of love and lots of adventure.

Dear Family O'Brien, especially Liam and Isabelle,
You will love your new cousin. He is a dear little boy, who is bringing joy and happiness to his family. I know you will love meeting him and then playing with Suzanne. The area where they live in France is beautiful. You will be able to take long walks, drives to see the sea or the hills. Perhaps you will even get a chance to see where Uncle Mark works.
We rejoice that Anatole has arrived and that he joins both of you in the group called "O'Brien grandchildren". Between this group and the "Rhynerson grandchildren" there are so many wonderful little ones in our lives, both O'Briens, Rhynersons, and Hilburns.
Lots and lots of love,
See you this weekend for Isabelle's first birthday party !!!
Happy Birthday Isabelle...March 11.

Bienvenue, Anatole! What a beautiful picture of you and your Mom, Dad and sister Suzanne. You are a wonderful addition to the O'Briens' family. I know that Liam and Isabelle will be so delighted to meet you soon. And of course, we can't wait to see you too.

Congratulations to the O'Briens again!

Love,
Liam and Isabelle's Grandma R
