O'Briens
A twelve year journey including a very long ortho surgery residency, first year as staff, a move to Fort Irwin AKA The Moon, a move back to DC, and now finally settling for a while in the Augusta, Georgia area-this blog tells a story of a boy and a girl leaving NYC, both switching careers, joining the Army, starting our family, loving, losing, living... Buckle up, this life of ours is bumpy, but full of love and lots of adventure.

Happy Halloween!

We hope you had a spooktacular day and that you ate lots of candy! We had a great day too! But don't take my word for it, feel free to judge for yourself by the pictures.

Dear Sir Liam the Cutest,

You were so good helping your Mom and Dad giving out candies to the goblins. It was your 2nd Halloween, but I can tell you were quite a brave little boy - not scare of any ghostly figure who came to the door, and yes you did say "Hi" and also graciously told them how cute they were (in your own languague).

We enjoyed watching you having so much fun on that trick-or-treat night.

Much love and lots kisses,

Grandma R
