Enjoying the beautiful weather!

We have been taking advantage of this beautiful weather and have been doing research on the different playgrounds around town. A group of us in the neighborhood have been campaigning to get a park in Shepard Park, so we have been visiting lots of playgrounds in the surrounding area so that we know how to construct the perfect play environment. Liam has come along to give his input and he had a lot of insight. :) Keep your fingers crossed that we get this new recreation area approved by DC.

We hope you have been enjoying the weather in your neck of the woods too.

Good morning Sir Liam...

I enjoyed hearing your "Hi's" as your Mom and I spoke earlier today.

You deserve a playground near your house !!! What a great Mom to try to get one for you and all the kids in Shephard's Park.

And, yes, we are enjoying the really pretty weather. The leaves are just starting to turn many colors.

Lots of love, hugs, kisses...Ellen

Dear Sir Liam the Cutest,

I see that you really enjoyed being in the park -playing and having fun with swing, slide and of course, balls! Is Diego your best friend these days?

Guess what? We are going to see your Auntie C this weekend and we will make sure that her house is ready for Mailee's arrival next month. We hope that you will enjoy your first plane trip. If not, you can always fall asleep on my shoulder.

Love you so much,

Grandma R
