Visiting Good Friends

This past week we were able to spend some time with Missy and her kids Rosemary and Joseph, who were in from Rochester. Rita was nice enough to host a breakfast at her house and we were able to get a shot with the three of us with our clan. Funny to think that Missy, Rita and I have been friends now since high school (Rita and Missy since the playpen) and now we have 7 kids between the three of us (almost 9 if you count the twins Missy is carrying). CRAZY!

The stars also aligned and Fred was off and we were able to meet some friends in NY for a nice visit in the country. Andreas and Elanna, as well as Alex and Liza (with their twins) invited us out to their summer rental. It had been a while since we have all gotten together and it was wonderful catching up with one another and to meet the twins.

Sir Liam,

Don't tell the other kids, but you are the best, smartest, cutest, most handsome one of the group !!!Look at you having fun and playing like a big boy.
What fun for your Mom, Aunt Rita, and Aunt Missy to be friends for such a long time, and now to share the good times of having children. I know you will enjoy all your friends in these two families for a long time to come.
You know that Grandpa and I love you very very much.
hugs, kisses and lots of love,
Grandma O

Dear Liam the Cutest,

It is so wonderful to see you had fun with Rita and Missy's children. Rita and Missy are among those in your Mom's great circle of friends. They were the best of friends from high school and still are best friends - after all these years as they are now having their own good families with adorable children. Hope you all continue to have more fun every time the Moms get together.

Tons of love and kisses to you,

Grandma R
