A twelve year journey including a very long ortho surgery residency, first year as staff, a move to Fort Irwin AKA The Moon, a move back to DC, and now finally settling for a while in the Augusta, Georgia area-this blog tells a story of a boy and a girl leaving NYC, both switching careers, joining the Army, starting our family, loving, losing, living... Isabelle Meets Mary and Opal


Mary and Opal were so sweet to drive all the way down to San Diego to meet us. We had fun visiting and Liam, Opal and Isabelle were new best buddies.

Well, the cousins must have had fun fun fun in San Diego. I just know that Liam and Opal must have loved being together. And Opal is a wonderful 'big' cousin.
