A twelve year journey including a very long ortho surgery residency, first year as staff, a move to Fort Irwin AKA The Moon, a move back to DC, and now finally settling for a while in the Augusta, Georgia area-this blog tells a story of a boy and a girl leaving NYC, both switching careers, joining the Army, starting our family, loving, losing, living... Buckle up, this life of ours is bumpy, but full of love and lots of adventure.

Father's Day 2009


Happy Father's Day
It was wonderful celebrating Father's Day with some incredible dads. Fred, Fred Sr, Ken, Charlie and Brian were treated to a feast of lots-o-meat and celebrated with their families at the Rhynerson's. Good time, great friends with three generations of guys! Doesn't get any better than that! Well, it would had Caroline, John and Mailee and Mark, Delphine and Suzanne been here to celebrate with us. Someday...
