A twelve year journey including a very long ortho surgery residency, first year as staff, a move to Fort Irwin AKA The Moon, a move back to DC, and now finally settling for a while in the Augusta, Georgia area-this blog tells a story of a boy and a girl leaving NYC, both switching careers, joining the Army, starting our family, loving, losing, living... Good morning Liam, and Happy Happy Birthday to you !!

I was just one year ago that you made your debut into this world and brightened the lives of your entire family. What a joy to meet you, hold you and celebrate your arrival with your Mom, Dad, AuntCaroline, Grandma and Grandpa R and your Grandparents O ! You were litterally a bundle of joy to hold and love, you still are, and always will be !
